The “Food Irradiation Technologies: Concepts, Applications and Outcomes”, edited by CIMO researchers Isabel C.F.R. Ferreira and Amilcar L. Antonio, and by Sandra Cabo Verde from the “Centro de Ciências e Tecnologias Nucleares” (U. Lisbon), has been published by the Royal Society of Chemistry. The book was considered by Food Irradiation as “ the most comprehensive book on food irradiation ever published. It is a "must read" for anyone interested in food irradiation.
